RETURNS: We want you to be satisfied with your online purchase. However, please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you are not satisfied with a regular priced item, please send an email to floravashop@gmail.com via the Contact Us page on our website to obtain a Return Authorization form via email which you will complete and include with your return. The item must be returned to us within fourteen (14) days of the shipping date, in unused condition and in its original packaging with all labels still attached. The shipping date will be written on the enclosed packing slip. Please email us to let us know your package is on its way and provide us with a Tracking Number for the return.
Once we have received the return product as stipulated above (in unused condition and in its original packaging with all labels still attached), we will send you a confirmation email to let you know and a credit will be applied back to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Please allow several days for this to occur, as credit card companies have different timelines for this process.
If you wish to make an exchange for a different item, you can do so using the Return Authorization form. Should the requested exchange item NOT be available at the time we receive your returned product, we will email you.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS: We do our best to ensure all products you receive are in excellent condition. Should you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product via our website Contact Us page, providing a brief description of the damage to the item. We will respond via email as soon as possible.
SHIPMENT TRACKING: We will always ship to you utilizing a Tracking Number which will be provided to you upon shipment; we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
